小型冷库建造要避免出现的问题

1、压缩机组没有减振安装,或者减振效果不佳

根据安装规范,应该安装机组整体减振装置,如果减振不规范或者没有减振措施,会使机器振动剧烈,容易造成管路振裂,设备振坏,甚至机房振坏。

2、制冷剂管路没有或缺少回油弯

输送制冷剂的管路在由横向转向上弯时,必须做成一个向下垂后向上去的小弯即U型弯,这样管路再向上行才合格,不能直接做成90度转向上行,否则,系统里面的油就不能很好的回到压缩机里去,而大量沉积在冷风机里,使风机和整个系统不能正常发挥作用,甚至损坏风机和机组设备。

3、制冷管路连接不均衡

机组管路在连接到一组多台压缩机时,要使回油均衡分配到各压缩机,必须将主管道接口设置在位于多台机头的中间位置,然后分别向两侧设置一些分支管路,让回油均衡流入多个压缩机分支管。

而且,各分支管要加装阀门,以便调节回油量。如果不是这样,而是从主管道上不同部位依次引出多个向下的支管连接到多个压缩机上,就会出现回油不均衡,第一台回油总是最满的,后面的一台依次为回油逐渐减少。这样一来,就可能使第一台压缩机出现运行故障,振动巨大,油压过高,机组过热,以致出现压缩机冲缸/抱死等事故,使设备损坏掉。

4、管路没有做保温

如果没有保温材料,冷管路就会在环境温度下结霜,从而影响制冷效果,使机组负荷增加,进而使机组超强度运行,减少机组使用寿命。

5、不定期检查各项技术指标,及时调整

系统的运行温度及压力的高低,润滑油和制冷剂的量,都要检查,及时调整。系统应该有自动控制和压缩机报警装置,一旦有问题,就会发出报警提示,或者自动保护性关机,压缩机停机。
